IntegraSpec to Join the ICFMA

Ottawa, ON., February 18, 2022– The Insulating Concrete Forms Manufactures Association (ICFMA) is proud to announce the addition of a new primary member, IntegraSpec. With decades of experience and innovation in the Insulating Concrete Formwork industry, IntegraSpec continues its commitment to excellence by offering a versatile ICF system to build exceptionally energy-efficient, sustainable, healthy and environmentally friendly structures.

Michael Lain, IntegraSpec’s Senior Vice President, comes from a background in custom home building and stated that “as codes change, we’re seeing that ICFs are just the right choice. We have been impressed by the marketing and education [of the ICFMA] and want to be a part of educating the general public, continuing to promote ICFs as a sustainable building product for the future.”

IntegraSpec is an excellent addition to the ICFMA as they offer a wide variety of products and services to an ever-growing market. The IntegraSpec ICF building envelope is extremely energy efficient and airtight and outperforms all conventional building envelopes on the market. IntegraSpec, along with each ICFMA member company, is committed to the promotion of safe and sustainable construction through the use of Insulating Concrete Forms. IntegraSpecs brings years of industry knowledge and experience to our growing network of ICF advocates.

“We truly believe that the strength of each manufacturer together will be paramount to the success of the industry,” said Lain. “Each manufacturer brings something unique to the building space so there was no better time for us to join the ICFMA. We are looking forward to working collectively, as a group, to help position the ICF industry for an exciting future.”

“The ICFMA is excited for IntegraSpec to join our organization and we look forward to adding their perspective and resources to improve the quality and acceptance of Insulated Concrete Form construction” said Mike Kennaw, Chair of the ICFMA Board of Directors. “Each ICFMA member is committed to manufacturing products that help build long-lasting, cost-effective, energy efficient, and disaster resilient structures. IntegraSpec is an excellent addition to this ongoing effort.”
